How many referrals will I get per month?
This will depend on the package you choose, the services you provide and the location of your practice. In our experience physiotherapy practices will notice an immediate increase in referrals. Practices will see a further increase in six months once their website has become established.

I’ve found the right package for me, how do I pay you?
Physio123 will collect your first monthly payment and half of any set-up fee upon completion of our online order form. Our preferred method of payment is via our secure website through Paypal, which accepts all major credit/debit cards. Alternative payment methods can be arranged on request. Your monthly billing cycle will commence when you are completely satisfied with your website, and you will be invoiced accordingly.

Do I have to choose the optional extras I want straight away, or can I add them at a later date?
You can add them at any time.

Me and my friend are both physiotherapists, living in the same area, can we set up our business together?
Yes. This is no problem. Partnerships are a good idea allowing you to start up a business with the support of another person. The price of our packages remain the same no matter how many people are involved.

I graduated last year and still haven’t found a job, I’m very interested in your PhysioOne package but I don’t have a clinic, am I ok to provide a home visit service?
Yes. This is a lot more common now that NHS jobs are scarce, and many graduates have set up private practices with great success. Home visits are a popular way to start a physio service and many physiotherapy clinics started up this way.

I am interested in private practice, but worried about extra insurance I will need, can you help?
Yes, generally your insurance is provided by your CSP membership and this will be more than sufficient. For partnerships, limited companies and practices employing other physiotherapists, additional insurance maybe required.

I’ve been with you for two years, can I upgrade to your PhysioTwo package?
Yes, please ask about our discount for our loyal customers.

What happens if I don’t want to continue for whatever reason?
All our packages have no contract, allowing you to cancel at any time.

I already own two physiotherapy clinics, but I am not running at full capacity, will you be able to help?
Yes, Physio123 specialise in generating new business for existing physiotherapy practices. We can create your online presence through website development, graphic design and online marketing. Using brand management campaigns and promotion we can increase your offline presence. Our services will put you ahead of your competition.

I am interested in starting up in private practice, is it possible to try out your service?
Yes, Physio123 under stand that many people would like to try out our services before choosing a package. We therefore allow physiotherapists to try out our PhysioOne package FREE for three months.

What equipment will I need?
A comprehensive list of equipment will be included in our start up pack. Depending on whether you want to offer a home visit service or a large physiotherapy gym with access to hydrotherapy, equipment will vary. The basic equipment needed to start your own physiotherapy practice is easily available and very affordable.

I am a Senior II physio working full time in the NHS, but I’m thinking about starting private practice. Is your service suitable for me to see private patients in my spare time?
Yes. We would highly recommend our PhysioOne package, This allows you to test the market in your area before you commit full time. The benefit of self employment is that you can fit your private work around your other commitments.

If I assess a patient that I need advice on, can I ring you for help?
Physio123 is an online marketing & development service and, therefore, does not give any clinical advice.

I’d like to go into private practice but I’m worried about not getting any patients.
This is a common fear that prevents many people going into private practice. Setting up in business is never without risk, however it is very rare for a physiotherapist to struggle to find patients. Provided you don’t live in a remote area, and you’re willing to work hard, with our help we are confident of your success.

I’ve been a physio for the NHS for ten years, and I’m now leaving to spend more time with my daughter, will I be able to arrange my private work around my commitments?
Yes, the advantage of being your own boss is you can choose when you want to work. Fitting in other commitments such as family becomes easier. Some people choose not to work mornings, or only work weekdays, you can be as flexible as you like.

How will you make people aware of my physio clinic?
Physio123 provide effective online and offline marketing, as well as inclusion in physiotherapy directories and patient referral networks. Our startup pack and 'Successful Practice' ebook will also advise you on how to promote your practice to new referral sources.

I signed up with you 6 months ago, but have decided to work abroad, can I sell my practice?
Physio123 allow free transfer of your account to the new owner.

Questions about the processes (1.2.3)

1. Consultation, Design & Development

How long will it take for you to design my website?
This depends largely on the package you select. Typically PhysioOne package takes a week, PhysioTwo; two weeks, and PhysioThree; three weeks. This process can vary depending on the specifics of your package and any changes you wish to make.

Can I write my own content for my website?
Yes. We send you a Customer Requirements Form for you to fill in. This form provides the design team with all the information they will need to construct your site. You will be able to decide what pages you want, and the content you want. As well as select optional extras, you can suggest colour schemes, logo ideas, and any other information you think is relevant. Obviously the more information you provide, the better your website will be.

Can I include pictures of my staff and clinic?
Yes, if you have any pictures that you would like included in your site, you can send them to us via post or email. More details will be included in the Customer Requirements Form.

I already have a logo, can I use this?
Yes you can, existing physiotherapy practices usually have an established identity which would be lost if they changed their logo. We would be happy to improve or edit you current logo should you wish.

I’ve seen a website that I really like, would you be able to design me a similar website?
Yes, in fact we would prefer it if you did this as it allows our design team to see exactly what you like.

I don’t like the colours you’ve used, can you change them?
Yes you can. We ask about colour schemes on the Customer Requirements Form but during the design process you can change your mind as many times as you like.

Why do you need my personal contact details?
Our design team may wish to contact you to discuss your webpage. Also when subscribing you to directories and referral networks, details such as your date of birth and HPC number may be required.

What happens if I move house or change my contact details?
Physio123 will change these vital details for free at anytime.

I’ve just completed an acupuncture course, and would like to offer this service to my customers. Can you add an acupuncture page to my website?
Yes. This can be provided for free during the design process if it is within your permitted page allowance. Once the design process is complete, you will be charged an additional £20 for any extra pages. We will also make sure this page links to and from any other relevant pages.

Will you display any kind of adverts on my website?
No, Physio123 is a premium service and therefore we don’t display any form of adverts.

Can I have both a .com and .co.uk domain name?
Yes, these are included in our PhysioTwo and PhysioThree packages. If you have our PhysioOne package it is available for £20 per year. Other domains are also available on request (.org, .net, .uk.com, .eu, .tv etc…)

Will my website be available 24/7 every day of the year?
Yes. We will host your website on dedicated UK based web servers.

Will my business be listed in directories?
Yes, this is part of each of our packages. You will be included in both online and offline directories.

I am interested in your services, but I’m worried that someone else from my local area will sign up with you and steal my potential customers.
Physio123 ensure that we only promote one physiotherapist per locality. We refuse any application from physiotherapists wishing to set up near our existing clients.

3. Promoting & Marketing

How long before I can expect to see results from your marketing campaign?
Physio123 have two market strategies, one that will reap immediate benefits, and one that will have more of an impact over time. Using these two strategies, you will see immediate results that continue to improve.

Will you do all my marketing for me?
Physio123 will do a large portion of the marketing for you, however we believe that the more input you have into you marketing, the more success you will achieve. Techniques to promote and market you business will be provided in our ‘Successful Practice’ ebook.

Can I get some business cards printed?
Yes, professionally designed business cards are included in our PhysioThree package. PhysioOne and PhysioTwo customers should contact us for further information.
