Domain name

Put simply, a domain name is the address that people use to find you or your company online. It is what you type in the browser's address bar to go to a specific website. For example, our domain name is: www.physio123.com

We allow you to select your own domain name. For example your name or clinic name eg; www.essexphysioclinic.co.uk or www.joebloggsphysio.co.uk

The domain name you choose can be anything if it is still available. Should your chosen domain name be unavailable, we will suggest numerous alternatives.

PhysioOne packages will be able to choose a .co.uk domain name. PhysioTwo and PhysioThree packages will have both a .co.uk and a .com domain name included as standard.

Additional domain names are available as optional extras if required, both with web address and email forwarding:

.com, .co.uk, .net, .org, .org.uk, etc. = £20 each per year

They will usually consist of several colours, and you will be provided with full colour and black & white high quality logos for you to use with all your stationery and business resources. Enquiry/feedback forms

Enquiry forms allow potential customers to ask you questions without the hassle of having to phone a number or send you an email. The completed form is sent to your email address. Several fields within this form are compulsory, such as their email address and their comments. If these are entered incorrectly they will be given a message telling them what information needs to be entered.

Feedback forms will let your previous customers comment on the service you have provided. It is also a good idea to have a testimonial page of your happy customers.

Once these forms have been successfully completed and sent to you, they will be taken to a thankyou page, thanking them for their time and comments. The thankyou page and error page are completely free of charge.

Both of these forms are included in our PhysioTwo and PhysioThree packages, or available as an optional extra for £50 each with our PhysioOne package.

All Physio123 websites include email addresses as prefixes to the website's domain name. For example:

Your email address is linked to a WebMail account which can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. This allows you to communicate easily with patients, solicitors, doctors and insurers from almost any location.

For your protection, Physio123 provide a free anti-spam & anti-virus service with our email platform. Our anti-spam tool is a simple and effective service that identifies and filters spam email. When an email is sent to you, it goes through our intelligent anti-spam & anti-virus filters.

Online booking

To allow your visitors to make an online booking is a great way to generate business. Many visitors to your website will be wanting to instantly make an appointment without the hassle of having to phone someone up.

The Online Booking Form is linked to an Online Payment System which allows customers to pay instantly with their credit cards.
